Simply open the NeonVPN app, tap the large connect button on the home screen, and you will be connected to the fastest available server. You can also choose a specific server location by browsing the server list. The app will handle all the technical details automatically.
On iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > NeonVPN > Cancel Subscription.

On Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > NeonVPN > Cancel.

Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Yes. We use AES-256 military-grade encryption and the WireGuard protocol to secure your connection. We follow a strict no-logs policy, meaning we never track, store, or share your browsing activity, DNS queries, or IP addresses. Your privacy is our top priority.
The free plan includes access to 1 server location with a 200MB daily data limit at standard connection speeds. The free plan is ad-supported. To unlock all 30+ server locations, unlimited data, maximum speeds, and an ad-free experience, upgrade to our Premium plan.
Yes, you can use your NeonVPN account on multiple devices. Simply sign in with the same account on each device. Premium subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so all devices using the same account will have access to premium features.
Connection speed can vary based on several factors: your distance from the VPN server, your base internet speed, network congestion, and the server load. Try these steps: (1) Connect to a server closer to your physical location, (2) Switch between protocols in Settings, (3) Check your base internet speed without VPN, (4) Try a different server in the same region.
If you have previously purchased a premium subscription and it is not showing as active, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase. The app will automatically detect and restore your subscription. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
